1 General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and wwwhawkplay.net ("www.hawkplay," "we," "us," "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the www.hawkplay online casino and sports betting platform accessible at wwwhawkplay.net and any associated mobile or browser-based interfaces.
By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on www.hawkplay, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game rules or promotional terms published on the Platform from time to time.

- You have not been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the www.hawkplay platform for any reason.
Age Verification: www.hawkplay employs mandatory KYC procedures to verify player age before processing any withdrawal. Where there is reasonable suspicion of underage play, the Platform reserves the right to suspend the account, withhold funds pending investigation, and report the matter to PAGCOR as required by law.
3 Account Registration
3.1 Single Account Policy
Each player is permitted to hold one (1) active account on www.hawkplay at any given time. Opening, maintaining, or attempting to open more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all duplicate accounts and the forfeiture of any associated balances and bonuses.
3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. www.hawkplay reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided at any time. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your www.hawkplay account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. All activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been conducted by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify www.hawkplay support immediately. The Platform shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access where the Player has failed to maintain reasonable account security.
3.4 Non-Transferability
www.hawkplay accounts are personal to the registered Player and are not transferable to any third party. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or pledge your account or any interest in it to another person. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate account closure.
4 KYC and Identity Verification
In compliance with PAGCOR requirements and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering legislation, www.hawkplay is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawals and may require verification at any point during the Player relationship.
KYC documentation typically includes, but is not limited to:
- A valid Philippine government-issued photo identification (Philippine Passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, UMID, or Driver's License);
- Proof of address, where required;
- Source of funds documentation for high-value transactions, as determined by our compliance team;
- A selfie photograph holding the submitted identification document.
www.hawkplay will process KYC submissions within two (2) to five (5) business days under normal operating conditions. The Platform reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending successful completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and, where legally required, reporting to relevant authorities.
5 Deposits and Payment Methods
www.hawkplay accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via approved payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online, Metrobank Online, ShopeePay, InstaPay, and PESONet, subject to availability at the time of transaction.
- The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion;
- All funds deposited into your www.hawkplay account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name — third-party deposits are strictly prohibited;
- www.hawkplay does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own fees, for which www.hawkplay accepts no responsibility;
- Deposited funds are not eligible for interest;
- Deposits made in error may be reversible only if the funds have not been wagered; contact support immediately in such cases.
Anti-Money Laundering: www.hawkplay is legally obligated to monitor transactions for unusual patterns and to report suspicious activity to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines as required under Republic Act No. 9160, as amended. Deposits followed promptly by full withdrawal without meaningful gameplay may be flagged for compliance review.
6 Withdrawals
6.1 Eligibility to Withdraw
Withdrawal requests on www.hawkplay may only be submitted once KYC verification is complete and the Player's account is in good standing. Withdrawals must be processed to a payment method registered in the Player's own name that matches the KYC-verified identity on file.
6.2 Processing Times
www.hawkplay targets the following standard processing windows, subject to volume, compliance reviews, and third-party payment provider availability:
- GCash / PayMaya / ShopeePay: 5 to 30 minutes in the majority of cases;
- InstaPay bank transfer: 15 minutes to 1 hour during banking hours;
- PESONet / Standard Bank Transfer: 1 to 3 business days.
www.hawkplay reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing time. Players will be notified if additional information is required.
6.3 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds
Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Only funds in excess of the required wagering completion are eligible for withdrawal of the bonus-derived component. Real-money deposits are separately eligible for withdrawal subject to standard verification requirements.
7 Bonuses and Promotions
www.hawkplay offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms by incorporation.
- Bonuses are available to eligible Players only — certain promotions may be restricted by account tier, geographic area, or payment method used;
- Bonus wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each promotion; expired bonuses will be voided;
- www.hawkplay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable;
- Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, per device, and per payment method;
- Misuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion, bet hedging across accounts, or systematic exploitation of bonus terms — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in bonus and associated winnings forfeiture and may result in permanent account closure.
8 Gameplay Rules
All games available on www.hawkplay are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. The following general gameplay provisions apply across all games:
- Game results are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems or live dealer outcomes, which are regularly audited by independent testing laboratories;
- Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are published in the respective game information panel;
- In the event of a technical fault during gameplay, www.hawkplay will endeavor to resolve the matter fairly, which may include voiding the affected round and returning the wager to the Player's account;

9 Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on www.hawkplay and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, fund forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities:
- Registering or attempting to register more than one account;
- Providing false, forged, or misleading identity or payment information;
- Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the Platform;
- Collusion with other Players or exploitation of software vulnerabilities;
- Attempting to launder money or use www.hawkplay for any illegal financial activity;
- Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
- Allowing a third party to use your account;
- Any conduct that undermines the integrity or fairness of games or the Platform;
- Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior directed at www.hawkplay staff or other Players through any communication channel.
10 Responsible Gaming

12 Limitation of Liability

- Losses arising from technical faults, service interruptions, or system maintenance;

- Losses arising from circumstances beyond www.hawkplay's reasonable control, including force majeure events.
www.hawkplay's aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit www.hawkplay's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Philippine law.
13 Account Suspension and Termination
www.hawkplay reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including where:
- The Player has breached these Terms in any material respect;
- The Platform suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
- The Player fails to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period;
- Required by PAGCOR, law enforcement, or any other competent regulatory authority;
- The Player has made a self-exclusion request.
Upon account closure for breach, www.hawkplay reserves the right to void outstanding bonus balances and winnings directly derived from any breach. Real-money deposits not affected by breach will be returned to the Player's verified payment method following completion of any required compliance review.
Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting www.hawkplay's 24/7 support team. Closure requests will be processed within two (2) business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method.
14 Disputes and Governing Law
14.1 Internal Dispute Resolution
In the first instance, Players who have a dispute regarding any aspect of their www.hawkplay account, a game outcome, or a payment transaction should contact our customer support team via live chat or email at [email protected], providing full details of the dispute. www.hawkplay will acknowledge the complaint within twenty-four (24) hours and provide a final response within ten (10) business days.
14.2 PAGCOR Escalation
If a Player is not satisfied with www.hawkplay's resolution of a dispute, the matter may be escalated to PAGCOR through its established player complaint procedures. www.hawkplay will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR investigation and abide by PAGCOR's determination.
14.3 Governing Law
These Terms and all disputes arising from or connected with use of the www.hawkplay platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts and relevant regulatory bodies in respect of any dispute not resolved through the processes described in this Section.
15 Amendments to These Terms
www.hawkplay reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where an amendment is material, the Platform will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or a prominent notification displayed upon next login before the amendment takes effect.
Continued use of the www.hawkplay platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure before the amendment takes effect.
The version of the Terms published at wwwhawkplay.net/terms-conditions at any given time constitutes the current, operative version. The effective date displayed at the top of this document indicates when the current version entered into force.
